People know what is happening, the speakers can be heard, and there is something worth joining after the formal program ends. We start with the room, guest count, schedule, and the reason everyone is gathering. Then we shape the event from DJ and MC service, a branded photo booth, casino tables, arcade games, or a live game show. Apogee coordinates the load-in and program before the doors open, keeps the services on one event plan, and gives the organizer one contract instead of a stack of separate vendors.

$1,250 for 3 hours. Same sound, lights, and planning as our weddings, and an MC who keeps your program on time.
Photo Booths
Seven styles start at $545. Every booth includes instant text delivery, a custom branded overlay, and an online gallery. Most styles include an attendant; the Companion is self-serve. Book an Event DJ and take $200 off the booth.
Casino Parties
$4,495 all-in for up to 75 guests: four tables, pro dealers, DJ, photo booth, four hours, three hours of dealt play. Fun money only, no real gambling. We can print custom fun cash with your logo.
Arcade Rentals
The $7,995 Arcade Party: eight full-size classics plus DJ and photo booth. Golden Tee, NFL Blitz, Big Buck Hunter Pro, and racing cabinets.
Game Shows & Trivia
A live 90-minute Team Feud with host, podiums, and scoreboards. The full Game Show Party is $4,995 with DJ and photo booth included.
