School Dances, Proms & Grad Nights
Students remember the energy. Staff remember whether the music was clean, the schedule held, and the equipment was safe. We plan both sides. Before the event, we confirm the approved music rules, entrances, announcements, room size, power, supervision, and any photo booth or grad-night activities. Then we arrive early, set sound and lighting for the actual room, run checks before doors open, and keep one accountable Apogee lead in charge. We have handled homecomings, proms, and all-night grad events since 2006, including the Willamette Heritage Center, Corban University, and Scio High.

Everything in your three hours
Sound that fills a gym
A pro system sized to your room and headcount, from a commons winter formal to a packed prom floor.
School-safe music standards
Clean edits only. Your administration gets a do-not-play list with final say. Students still get their requests, and we screen every one before it plays.
Your DJ is your MC
Court announcements, raffle draws, awards, and the countdown, all handled on mic so your advisor isn't holding one.
Dance lighting included
Dance-floor lighting comes standard, not as an upcharge. It's what turns a cafeteria into a venue.
Online planning with your committee
Playlists, timeline, and announcements planned online with your student committee and advisor before we ever load in.
We coordinate with your school
Load-in times, schedules, chaperone plans, and content standards get worked out with your staff before the day, not during it.
Pro sound, dance lighting, MC, and online planning. Covers homecoming, winter formal, prom, or an assembly.
Book the DJThe Event DJ plus any of our seven booth styles, with $200 off the booth. Booths start at $545. Every style includes instant text delivery, a custom overlay, and an online gallery. Most styles include an attendant; the Companion is self-serve.

What clients say
“Super flexible when things changed in the schedule. Did a great job with announcements so no one missed a thing.”
“Highly recommend working with Apogee. We are very busy and had little time or energy, but wanted the wedding of our dreams. They made it happen with little help from us. They offer all the services you may need.”
“The price point is perfect and they delivered! Can't recommend this company highly enough.”
Give the school one accountable event team
School events need clean music, clear supervision, safe equipment, and a schedule approved by adults before students enter the room.
Start with the school rules
We confirm the administrator contact, ages, clean-music standard, venue limits, schedule, and required insurance or paperwork.
Choose the activities
Build the event from DJ, photo booths, arcade games, game shows, and other options that fit the room and budget.
Approve music and announcements
Student requests, school do-not-plays, chaperone messages, contests, and key times are set before the event.
Plan access, power, and staffing
We coordinate load-in, equipment footprints, staff positions, lines, and the handoff with the school lead.
Run and close the event
The DJ keeps the schedule moving, staff run their stations, and teardown starts only after the school releases the room.
