Before your event, we use simple online planning to collect the schedule, names, announcements, music direction, and any linked streaming playlist. Your DJ stays in touch, helps shape the flow, and brings all needed sound, dance lighting, and microphones. We normally arrive well before guests, load in, run sound checks, and coordinate with the venue. Setup and teardown are included in the service, not added as surprise labor charges.
